Smash the Virus

Inspired by the Corona virus pandemic, we created a game where you can defeat the virus. We modelled different viruses and antibodies in Blender and built the whole game environment as well as the sound effects ourselves. The goal is to help the antibodies shoot all the viruses inside the body and get well again.
As an interaction method, we used the “makey makey”. This is a device that you can plug into the computer and connect everyday objects to computer keys. We put aluminium foil on the floor, so that the player can navigate in the environment while stepping in different directions on the floor.
